Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times:

We offer clear shipping options tailored to your needs.

  1. Free Shipping (Orders over DHS. 300) Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders of 70€ or more. This option will be automatically applied at checkout once the threshold is met.
  2. Standard Shipping Rates (Orders under DHS. 300) For orders under 70€, our rates are as follows:
    1. United Arab Emirates: Rate: 20 AED. Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days.
    2. Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar: Rate: 5.95 USD. Estimated Delivery: 2–4 business days.
    3. United States: Rate: 11.95 USD. Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days.
    4. European Union: Rate: 10.95 EUR. Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment status at any time. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our facilities due to being unclaimed or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or proceed with a refund for the product (excluding original shipping costs).
